Terminating Rentals

A Return Merchandize Authorization number (RMA #) is not required when returning rental test equipment. Include all accessories that accompanied the unit to avoid charges. Insure package for equipment value or your company’s insurance deductible. Rental returns are processed within a week of return and the rental contract is backdated to the date it was received at the ESDGuns.com facility. After final inspection to determine no major physical damage, functionality problems and all accessories intact will terminate the rental contract.
