Shipping & Receiving Clerk:

• Receive and inspect inbound shipments (Order support items received immediately)
• Any damage must be documented and reported to management
• Dismantle and dispose/recycle boxes, pallets and shipping materials
• Fill out receiving reports thoroughly
• Receive equipment into the system appropriately entering model, serial numbers and description
• Stocking equipment to designated shelving or area. Labeling equipment with barcodes and other company information.
• Process outbound shipments using UPS and FedEx online
• Setup freight shipments, Bill of Ladings, and schedule pickups
• Pack equipment for safe transit in shipping boxes and freight containers
• Use Panel Saw to cut wood and build containers
• Drive forklift
• Stock inventory accordingly
• Manage multi-location inventory
• Monitor pending orders

Qualifications

• Organized
• Good written, oral and communications skills
• Good understanding of logistics
