EMC Pioneer Knitted Wire Mesh

Knitted wire mesh is an excellent cost-effective EMI gasket, providing shielding both in magnetic and electric fields. Changzhou Pioneer Electronic has 5 types: knitted wire mesh gasket-Mesh Core, knitted wire mesh gasket over elastomer core, EMI shielding tape, Die-compressed wire mesh gasket, EMI wire mesh shielding & Environmental seal gaskets.

1. Knitted wire mesh gasket-Mesh Core

Cross section: rectangular, round, round with tail, double round with tail

Materials: tin-plated phosphor bronze(Sn/Ph/Bz), tin-plated copper-clad steel (Sn/Cu/Fe), silver-plated
brass (Ag/Brass), Monel, aluminum(Al)

Based on 127mm * 127mm.

2. Knitted wire mesh gasket over elastomer core

Cross section: rectangular, round solid, round with tail, round hollow

Materials of elastomer core: Neoprene sponge, neoprene solid, silicone sponge, silicone solid, silicone hollow, polyurethane foam, etc.

Materials of wire mesh: Sn/Ph/Br, Sn/Cu/Fe, Monel.

Based on 127mm * 127mm.

3. EMI shielding tape

EMI shielding tape is a double layered strip of knitted wire mesh, is ideal for shielding electronic cable and cable assemblies.

Material: Sn/Cu/Fe, stainless steel

Order information

The shielding tape are supplied on coils.

Standard dimension: 16.5m/roll, 25mm/50mm width.

4. Die-compressed wire mesh gasket

Compress mesh gaskets are utilized for high volume, custom engineered application.

Although most common are rings, gaskets can also be produced in rectangular or special shapes, with holes or mounting recesses, corner radii,and other custom features.

The gasket is formed by die-compressing a controlled amount of knitted wire mesh that contains no joints or splices.
