Test Equipment Description

The SS1G-1250 is a solid state high power EMC amplifier that operates from 80 MHz to 1 GHz. This Class AB linear LDMOS RF amplifier can provide over 200 watts of output power (P1dB) with a gain of 53 dB. Suitable for radiated immunity system upgrades to achieve higher field strengths as in IEC/EN 61000-4-3.

The EMC RF amplifier has 2-Tone Intermodulation of greater than 30 dBc and Harmonics greater than 20 dBc. It requires a 180 - 240 AC voltage to operate. The amplifier can be used with a wide range of modulation standards and has built-in protection circuits and therefore provides high reliability.
